Biography
Rob McCullagh is a lecturer at the Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT), where he contributes to the development of digital business curricula. His expertise spans advanced analytics and strategic management, project planning and communications, with a focus on translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
As a faculty advisor for the IADT Enactus team, Rob mentors students in the development of innovative social enterprise projects. Projects include Cultural Mapping engaging local communities to uncover and record the diverse social assets and traditions that make up the cultural identity of a place and its people. Project initiatives often address pressing societal challenges, such as educational disparities and sustainability. His involvement in Enactus reflects his commitment to fostering entrepreneurial spirit and social responsibility among students.
Rob's professional background includes entrepreneurial roles as founder and director at Presidion, SPSS Ireland, and business partner to IBM (Irl.), where he applied his managerial and analytical skills to drive business growth of Blue Chip client organisations. His current academic role at IADT allows him to integrate his industry experience with pedagogical practice, enhancing the learning experience for students in the digital business domain.
