Biography

Rachel Gallagher is the Enterprise and Innovation Manager at the Institute of Art, Design & Technology (IADT), where she plays a pivotal role in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. With over 30 years of experience in communications and digital enterprise, Rachel has worked with global blue-chip companies in Moscow, London, and Ireland. Her expertise spans digital marketing, having served as Digital Director at Drury, a leading PR and digital agency in Dublin. She has also founded her own business, MarketEazy, offering digital marketing services to SMEs and start-ups.

Rachel holds a degree from Trinity College and has furthered her education with a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies from University College Dublin (UCD) and a Master's in Digital Marketing & Analytics from Technological University Dublin (TUD). She has lectured at Master's level in Digital Business, Global Branding, and Digital Marketing, and regularly contributes to conferences and events.

At IADT, Rachel works closely with start-ups and SMEs, leveraging her extensive experience to support business growth. She is involved in various initiatives, including the Enterprise Ireland Innovation Voucher Scheme and the New Frontiers Programme, which provide critical support to entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses.
