Biography
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) leader and practitioner in the Irish higher education sector. Specialist in gender equality.
Social scientist with several publications on the history, theory and practice of women’s political representation, gendered institutional change, and electoral politics in Ireland.
More recently, my research has focused on student inclusion in EDI objectives in higher education.
