IADT hosted Industry Day 2026 under the theme “CONNECT,” focused on the role of industry–academic collaboration in responding to technological change, evolving skills needs, and opportunities for innovation.

The event brought together speakers and participants from a wide range of sectors and showcased IADT’s collaborative partnerships. Engagement was highlighted across areas including financial services, life sciences, creative technology, screen industries, and research commercialisation.

Discussions throughout the day emphasised the importance of cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary collaboration, with a shared recognition that innovation increasingly arises through the interaction of diverse forms of expertise and practice.

The event was supported by the TU RISE IADT Elevate Programme, co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union through the ERDF Southern, Eastern and Midland Regional Programme 2021–2027.Speaker and contributors include:
